He founded Sparkfire as a cooperative that unites skilled professionals for each project, leveraging the cooperative's multicultural and multidisciplinary backgrounds to deliver tailored solutions.

In addition to his commercial work, Jarrod has provided technology support to U.S. congressional and State House campaigns. He has worked on international project teams, adapting his expertise to multiple contexts and cultures. He is recognized for his ability to guide cross-functional teams, foster innovation, and produce high-quality outcomes.

Jarrod has been honored to speak at conferences on topics related to technology leadership, analysis, privacy, and innovation. In addition to leading Sparkfire Group, he serves as the Head of Technology for a public library system. He continues his personal and professional development by studying Cybersecurity, Analytics, and Technology at Georgetown University.
